The story
Open air, by design.
The Movement Warehouse is a strength and conditioning gym on Garnet Ave where the training floor is outside. The sky is not a backdrop. It is the room.
Pacific Beach
The only outdoor training facility in PB.
MVMT sits at 1370 Garnet Ave with racks, barbells and turf under the open sky. The idea is simple: strength training and HIIT belong in the same week, and neither of them needs a ceiling.
The lines you see around the site are the lines the gym actually trains by. Where HIIT meets strength training. Build your best body, the right way. Avoid injuries. Improve mobility. Feel results.
Being outdoors is not a novelty here. It is the reason the room feels different: more air, more light, and a session that moves with the weather instead of hiding from it.
The work is coached. Group classes, personal training, personalized programming and a six-week block all run through the same space and the same standard. You are joining a room with people in it.

How we train
Three rules.
Avoid injuries.
Load follows technique. A coach who can see the set is part of the method, not a premium add-on.
Improve mobility.
Range of motion is trained in the session. Hips, shoulders and ankles get the same attention as the main lift.
Feel results.
We re-test instead of guessing. The six-week block is built around a baseline and a repeat of that baseline.
The space
A gym without a roof.
These are photographs of the actual yard, not a render. Turf underfoot, racks and plates against the fence, the marine layer burning off as the session goes on.

THE FIRST STEP
One week in the yard is $10.
Try the outdoor floor before you commit. Claim the week online, then choose your sessions on the live timetable.
